Recutify Job Placement Agency – Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

  • “Agency” refers to Recutify Job Placement Agency.

  • “Client” refers to any company, organization, or individual who approaches the Agency to recruit employees.

  • “Candidate” refers to any individual introduced by the Agency to the Client for employment.


2. General Terms

  • By using the services of Recutify, the Client and Candidate agree to be bound by these terms.

  • These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement.


3. Agency Services

  • The Agency provides recruitment and job placement services by matching qualified Candidates with Clients’ employment opportunities.

  • The Agency does not guarantee employment to Candidates or hiring to Clients.


4. Client Obligations

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete job descriptions, requirements, and remuneration details.

  • Clients agree not to disclose any Candidate details to third parties without written consent from the Agency.


5. Candidate Obligations

  • Candidates must provide accurate personal information, qualifications, and employment history.

  • Candidates agree not to misrepresent themselves during the recruitment process.


6. Fee Structure

  • The Agency will charge the Client a service fee upon successful placement of a Candidate. The exact fee and payment terms will be agreed in writing prior to the recruitment process.

  • Fees are typically based on a percentage of the Candidate’s annual gross salary unless otherwise agreed.


7. Payment Terms

  • All invoices must be paid by the Client within 15 days of the Candidate’s joining date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges.


8. Guarantee Period & Refund Policy

  • A guarantee period of 30 to 90 days (as agreed) applies for permanent placements. If the Candidate leaves or is terminated within this period, the Agency will offer a free replacement (one-time only).

  • Refunds are provided only if a replacement is not possible and must be requested in writing.


9. Confidentiality

  • All information shared between the Agency, Client, and Candidate must be treated as confidential.

  • Both parties agree not to share sensitive data or materials with third parties without prior written consent.


10. Liability

  • The Agency will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred by the Client or Candidate due to hiring decisions or employment outcomes.

  • The Agency conducts basic screening but does not provide exhaustive background checks unless explicitly agreed.


11. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

  • Any ongoing recruitment process or financial obligation must be honored even after termination.


12. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of [Insert State/Country, e.g., Haryana, India].

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.


13. Amendments

  • The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via official channels.
