At Recuitify Job Placement Services, we strive to provide high-quality recruitment support to both job seekers and employers. To maintain transparency and trust, please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy below:


🔁 For Job Seekers:

  1. Cancellation of Services:
    • You may cancel any paid service (e.g., resume writing, career counseling, premium job alerts) within 24 hours of purchase by notifying us in writing.
    • Cancellations made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Refund Policy:
    • Full refunds will be issued only if cancellation is made within 24 hours and services have not been rendered.
    • No refund will be processed if services have already been partially or fully delivered.
    • Customized services like resume writing or interview preparation are non-refundable once work has started.

🔁 For Employers:

  1. Cancellation of Recruitment Services:
    • Recruitment campaigns may be canceled within 48 hours of signing the service agreement, provided no work has commenced.
    • If candidate shortlisting or sourcing has already begun, cancellation will be subject to service charges.
  2. Refund Terms:
    • Refunds are processed only in cases where Recuitify fails to deliver the agreed number of qualified profiles within the committed timeframe.
    • A partial refund may be considered after deduction of administrative and sourcing costs.

  • All cancellation/refund requests must be sent via email to [your support email].
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
  • No refunds will be given for delays caused by incomplete documents, false information, or lack of cooperation by the client.
